00 North Drivers Lane Woodlawn, Illinois 62895

---

This 42.5± acre tract just outside of Mount Vernon sets up awesome for a top notch hunting tract that also  provides income! This property has a lot of natural pinch points and funnels, making this a super fun farm to setup and hunt. There is a roughly 1 acre food plot on the southern part, that is already planted and ready to hunt this fall. There are multiple access points all around this farm making it easy to slip in undetected. You have the cover, food, and water that all the wildlife needs. It also sits in a great neighborhood for giant bucks!

Sitting just a few minutes from Mount Vernon is a huge positive. Stay in town, and only have a short drive out to your spot.

This parcel can be split in half into two 42.5± acre tracts. Choose which parcel you'd like! The possibilities are endless with this piece. Contact Connor Trumbo for a showing!
